BREWER
Darrell D. Brewer, 71, of Lake Villa, IL passed away on Friday, December 9, 2011 at the Zablocki Veterans Medical Center in Milwaukee, WI.
He was born in Highland, Indiana on August 11, 1940, the son of the late Frances and Harvey Brewer. He was a veteran serving during the Vietnam Era in the US Marines for 4 years and the US Army for 2 years. He retired from the Chrysler Corp. after 32 years of service.
He is survived by his wife, Lan; his children, Harvey (Tina) Brewer, Song (Kate) Brewer, Jackie Brewer, and Cheri (Mike) Bushing; his grandchildren, Zachery, Brandon, Collin, Reagan, Dean and Kyle; and his brother, Dennis Brewer.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his sister, Cheri and brother, Randy.
The family will receive friends and relatives at a memorial visitation from 2 – 4 pm on Saturday, December, 17, 2011, at RINGA FUNERAL HOME, 122 S. Rte. 83 (Milwaukee Ave.) Lake Villa, IL 60046. Services will be private. In lieu of flowers, please consider a memorial in his memory to the Zablocki Veterans Medical Center, ALS Dept. 5000 W. National Ave. Milwaukee, WI 53295.
