MOXLEY-LANGBEIN
Deborah C. Moxley-Langbein, 54, of Lake Villa, IL passed away on Sunday, November 20, 2011, at Vista East Medical Center in Waukegan, IL.
She was born in Elmhurst, IL on August 19, 1957, the daughter of the late Carrie and Wilhelm Schmitt. Growing up in Wheaton, IL, she lived in Lake Villa for the past 16 years, moving there from Antioch. Deborah was a member of the Chain of Lakes Community Bible Church in Lake Villa. She had 28 years of service with Motorola Corp. where she currently was a Media Production Manager. She spent many hours attending sporting events with her children and really was an avid ‘soccer mom’. Her hobbies included scrap book making. She was an ardent supporter of the Susan B. Komen Race for the Cure-Cancer research program.
She is survived by her husband, Steven; her children Ryan (Katie) Moxley of Round Lake Beach, Nicole (fiance Richard Larsen) of Lake Villa, Jason (Stephanie) Moxley of Trevor, WI, Thomas Langbein of Lake Villa and Alex Langbein of Lake Villa; her sister, Laurie (James) Barnowski of Round Lake and good friend, Kathleen Mummer.
Funeral services will begin at 10 am on Wednesday, November 23, 2011 at RINGA FUNERAL HOME, 122 S. Rte. 83 (Milwaukee Ave. ) Lake Villa, IL 60046, with Rev. Kerry Bauman officiating. Interment to follow at Millburn Cemetery, Old Mill Creek, IL Visitation, Tuesday, 4 – 8 pm at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, please consider a memorial in her memory to the American Cancer Society, 100 Tri-State International, #125, Lincolnshire, IL 60069-4425.
