Daniel S Conforti
March 5, 1952 - July 28, 2021
Danny passed away surrounded by his wife and 2 sons on July 28, 2021 at the age of 69 after a long battle with cancer. Danny, my husband, my everything! When I think of love and Danny, Love is an action word not just a feeling. Danny was one of the good guys! He always put his whole heart into being a good husband, father and grandfather. He kept our family safe and happy. He made me feel like I was the most beautiful woman in the world. He was a loyal and faithful husband. He was never too tired to take us to one of our favorite parks after a long day at work. Weekends were full of Road trips, festivals, museums, air shows, the zoo, fairs, carnivals, sporting events and parades. He loved Halloween! The holidays will not be the same. We are lucky to have such great memories. Daniel Steven Conforti was born in Chicago, Illinois on March 5, 1952 to the late Gabriel Conforti and Lena (Marcellino) Conforti. He is survived by his wife of 43 years Linda (McNeely) Conforti and his sons Jason Steven Conforti and Adam Christopher Conforti and his grandson Lars Steven Conforti, a partner to making mischief, and his sister Diana Conforti. He was an Uncle and great uncle to many nieces and nephews. His Nephew Brian was another partner in mischief-making. And he was loved by many cousins. He is preceded by death by his son Keith Allen Conforti and many loving Uncles and Aunts. Dan loved his time in the USNavy. He was a member of the bluenoses a unique group of sailors that crossed the Arctic Circle on a ship. Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, October 14, 2021, at 6:00 pm at Holy Cross Lutheran Church 29700 N St Marys Rd, Libertyville, IL 60048
