Jack Clemens

Jack Charles Clemens, 85, passed away at his home surrounded by his loving family on April 18th, 2017. Jack was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and soon to be great-grandfather. He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Jill, who he always referred to as his beautiful bride; four children: Jack Daniel (Suzanne) Clemens, Jerrold Charles Clemens, Jacquelyn (Mark) Vollmer, Lena Peck; 14 grandchildren; 3 brothers: Patrick (Jennie) Clemens, Edgar (Jayne) Clemens, Michael (Jean) Clemens, sister Nancy Novak; sister-in-law Jan Luciano, her husband Chuck Hauber; cousins, nieces and nephews; and countless friends. Jack loved his country and was very proud to have served in the Air Force during the Korean War. He was also the proud founder of Happy Acres Greenhouse and ReMax Center in Grayslake, IL. He was loved by all and known for his kind and generous heart. A special thank you to JourneyCare Hospice, for taking such great care of this wonderful man and his family. A celebration of his life will be held on Sunday, April 30th at 5 pm, at Chain Of Lakes Community Bible Church, 43 West Grass Lake Road, Lake Villa, IL 60046.
