Mary Rozga

Mary Rozga, 87, a long time Lake Villa resident, passed away on Wednesday, August 13, 2014. She was born July 16, 1927 in Dorchester, Iowa, the daughter of the late John and Gladys Quillin. Mary was raised in Chicago and in 1955 moved to the Venetian Village neighborhood of Lake Villa. She was a founding member of Prince of Peace Catholic Church. She is survived by her children Constance (Thomas) Eadon, Nancy (David) Jucius, Douglas (Patricia) Rozga, Wayne Rozga, and Phillip Rozga; grandchildren Michael (Stephanie), Renee, Amanda, Rhett, and Stephanie; and siblings Ann Ulrich and Frank Quillin. She was preceded in death by her husband Edward “Ken” Rozga, grandson John Jucius, and brothers Joseph Quillin and Robert Quillin. Visitation will be from 4 – 8 p.m. on Tuesday, August 19, 2014 at Ringa Funeral Home, 122 S. Milwaukee Ave. (Rte 83) Lake Villa, IL 60046. Prayers will begin at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home followed by a procession to Prince of Peace Catholic Church for a 10 a.m. Mass. Burial will follow at Highland Memorial Park Cemetery (Corner of Hunt Club Road and Rte 120).
