Noman D. Angelo, 87 years old, of Lake Villa, IL, passed away on February 8, 2021. He was born in Chicago on Sept. 20, 1933 to the late Angelo and Mary Angelos. Norman was a Chicago Police Officer for 35 years. He dedicated his career to serve and protect the community of Chicago, Il. Norman enjoyed hunting, boating, and camping with his family. Norman prided himself on being able to tackle many and any projects around his home, as well as helping his family members and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, son-in-law John T. Husby and granddaughter Lacy. Norman is survived by his wife Barbara of 62 years; son Christopher (Margaret Mary) Angelo, daughter Dawn M. Husby; grandchildren Sara, Cole, Cali, Cody, Danielle and Nicole; and great grandchildren Lily, Daisy, John, Jaxson. He was also the fond uncle of Carl Doering. Visitation will be held on Thursday February 11, 2021 at Ringa Funeral Home 122 S. Milwaukee Ave. Lake Villa from 4:00 – 8:00 pm. Family and friends are asked to meet at Prince of Peace Church, 135 S. Milwaukee Ave on Friday February 12, 2021 for 10:00 a.m. Mass. Cremation will take place privately after Mass.
